As a company, we constantly challenge what’s possible, never simply accepting what has always been done. We reframe old problems, seek new solutions and operate comfortably in areas that are unknown. Our backgrounds are diverse, but our team shares a love of the outdoors and a desire to protect it for future generations.

Role Summary
As a Senior Platform Engineer - Site Reliability Engineering, you will help build and deploy the self-service tools and resilient systems that allow our engineering teams to deploy, scale, and monitor their services with minimal friction. You will apply SRE principles—such as automation, error budgets, and toil reduction—to ensure our platform is not just fast, but rock-solid.

Responsibilities

  • Reliability & Performance: Conduct blameless post-mortems and use SLIs/SLOs to

measure and improve system health.

  • Observability: Implement comprehensive logging, tracing, and metrics (Prometheus,

Grafana, Datadog) to provide deep insights into system behavior.

  • Mentorship: Act as a technical lead, guiding junior engineers and evangelizing best

practices for cloud-native development across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering roles.
  • Cloud Expertise: Deep proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Programming: Strong coding skills in Go, Python, or Rust for building platform tooling.
  • Containerization: Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes ecosystem (Helm, Istio, etc.).
  • Mindset: A "product-first" approach to infrastructure; you care as much about the

Developer Experience As You Do About Uptime.
