We create iconic ice cream brands that are part of everyday life, bringing moments of joy to millions of people around the world. Everybody loves ice cream. And as the world’s biggest pure‑play ice cream company, we have the scale and ambition to make a real difference.

What Truly Sets Us Apart Is How We Work.

We’re curious and ready for what’s next. We embrace digital, use data to make better decisions, and keep learning, including how AI can help us work smarter and serve consumers better.

The Role
This is a temporary role with a contract ending on 31 December 2027
The Senior Workday Data and Reporting will provide
senior-level, hands-on Workday, HR data, reporting and operational support
during the separation of The Magnum Ice Cream Company from Unilever and the subsequent transition and stabilization period.

This is a temporary role until the end of 2027, created to provide additional capability during a period of significant organizational and data change.

The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of
Workday Core HCM, EIBs, Supervisory Organization management, reporting and HR data management
, combined with the willingness and ability to
roll up their sleeves and resolve operational issues and ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets directly
.

As a senior individual contributor, the role will independently manage complex data activities and incidents, troubleshoot and resolve Workday and HR data issues, and partner with HR, Finance and Technology teams to ensure accurate, reliable and timely HR data.

This role will suit someone who combines strong Workday expertise with an operational mindset: someone who is equally comfortable solving a complex data problem, building an EIB or report, investigating a Workday issue, and working through a queue of ServiceNow tickets to resolution.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Workday Core HCM & Data Quality

  • Own and maintain high-quality Workday Core HCM data, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Perform data validation, reconciliation and quality checks to proactively identify and resolve data issues.
  • Create, execute and validate Workday EIBs and mass data changes, with robust pre-load and post-load controls.
  • Create and maintain Supervisory Organizations and validate related organizational data and structures.
  • Investigate complex data discrepancies and Workday issues, identify root causes and drive corrective actions through to resolution.
  • Support data-quality monitoring and continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and prevent recurring issues.
  • Ensure HR data changes follow agreed data governance, approval and documentation standards.
  • Act as a hands-on Workday subject-matter expert, supporting both complex and day-to-day operational data requirements.

ServiceNow, Ticketing & Operational Support

  • Actively manage and resolve Workday, HR data and reporting tickets through ServiceNow (SNOW), taking ownership from initial triage through investigation, resolution and closure.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and data correction rather than acting solely as an escalation or advisory point.
  • Identify patterns and recurring issues within the ticket queue and recommend preventive fixes, process improvements or knowledge articles.
  • Work collaboratively with HR operations, Workday, Technology and other support teams to resolve cross-functional incidents and requests.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Create and maintain Workday Advanced Reports, dashboards and other reporting solutions, including recurring and ad hoc reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, exceptions, discrepancies and data-quality issues.
  • Support stakeholders with the interpretation and effective use of HR data.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues raised through operational support channels and ServiceNow tickets.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify and automate reporting and data processes.

Knowledge & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain process documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles and user guidance.
  • Provide training and practical guidance on Workday reporting, EIBs, mass data changes and organizational-data processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, operational controls and ways of working.
  • Use recurring ticket themes and root-cause analysis to identify opportunities for permanent fixes and reduced manual intervention.
  • Act as a Workday subject-matter expert within a globally distributed team, working closely with team members across Mexico, India, Romania and the Netherlands. You will actively coach and develop team members, transfer Workday knowledge, and strengthen their capability to independently troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues.

Essential
We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR data, reporting or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
  • Experience creating and maintaining Workday Supervisory Organizations.
  • Strong experience with Workday EIBs, mass data changes, data validation and reconciliation.
  • Strong Workday reporting and analytical capabilities, including experience building and maintaining Advanced Reports.
  • Experience working within an operational support environment and managing incidents and service requests through ServiceNow (SNOW) or a comparable enterprise ticketing platform.
  • A hands-on mindset and willingness to work across both complex technical/data activities and day-to-day operational support requirements.
  • Good understanding of HR organizational structures and employee data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to data accuracy.
  • Ability to independently manage complex activities, a ticket workload and multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Highly Desirable

  • Experience operating in a global HRIS/Workday production-support environment, including ticket queues, SLAs and incident/request management.
  • Experience using ServiceNow for HR or HRIS service management.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar analytics tools.

Nice to Have

  • Workday Prism Analytics.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Workday Discovery Boards or VNDLY.
  • Broader Workday integrations, security or business-process experience.

Alongside meaningful work and strong development, we offer a reward package that typically includes

  • Market-competitive pay and performance related rewards
  • Flexible ways of working
  • Support for health, wellbeing and life outside of work

Role description

Job Location
WARSAW DOWNTOWN OFFICE

Job Description
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer who builds things — AI agents, automations, and tools that keep our enterprise data pipelines running at scale. If you write production-quality code and are excited by the challenge of building AI-powered systems, we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build LLM-enabled AI agents that detect, classify, and diagnose issues in data pipelines — replacing manual investigation with automated reasoning and self-healing workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to embed observability, reliability, and resilience from design through to production — not add it after things break.
  • Build proactive data quality systems — automated checks that validate data as it flows through pipelines, catching issues before they reach consumers.
  • Build logging and monitoring tooling that automatically surfaces issues before they impact downstream users — making failures visible and debuggable.
  • Investigate failures, identify root causes, and turn learnings into better systems.

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Data Engineering.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT data pipelines.
  • Strong software development skills in Python — you write production-quality code.
  • Practical experience building with LLMs or AI agents; you have shipped something that uses generative AI in a production or near-production context.
  • Working knowledge of cloud services (Azure preferred), including Infrastructure as a Code (e.g. Terraform).
  • Experience building logging systems in production.

We offer

  • P&G-sized projects and access to world leading IT partners and technologies from Day 1.
  • Wide range of self-development possibilities (training and certifications paths).
  • Competitive starting salary and benefits program (private health care, P&G stock, saving plans, sport cards).
  • Regular salary increases and possible promotions - in line with your results and performance.
  • Opportunity to change role every few years to be in the best place for you and best for P&G.

At Procter & Gamble we embrace a
hybrid work model
that combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-office engagement. Employees can enjoy the option to work from home two days a week while also spending time in the office to foster teamwork and enhance communication.

  • Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions while maintaining high standards for code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Help evolve data systems and customer-facing capabilities as product requirements and technologies change.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior data engineer who combines strong large-scale data processing expertise with product ownership, modern AI capabilities, and a pragmatic approach to system design.

  • Strong professional knowledge of Apache Spark, with PySpark preferred; experience with Scala or Databricks is also valuable.
  • Proven experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and processing data at significant scale.

  • Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in Europe.
  • Annual salary range of €90,000–€140,000, depending on location, employment type, skills, and experience.
  • Stock options in addition to salary, with a significant equity component.
  • Unlimited paid vacation.
  • Flexible working hours and an async-friendly culture.
  • High level of ownership with low bureaucracy and minimal unnecessary meetings.
  • Personal development support covering courses, books, conferences, and other learning opportunities.
  • Regular team offsites and opportunities to connect with colleagues in person.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale data products with direct customer impact.
  • Exposure to modern technologies across AWS, GCP, Spark, Airflow, LLMs, AI agents, lakehouse architectures, and infrastructure as code.
  • Opportunity to influence AI-assisted search, recommendations, and intelligent data products from the early stages.
