LâIntegration Engineer rejoindra lâĂ©quipe Integration Platform du DevSecOps Studio et contribuera Ă lâĂ©volution continue de la plateforme dâintĂ©gration selon un modĂšle AI-SDLC, intĂ©grant lâIA comme mĂ©thode de travail de rĂ©fĂ©rence tout au long du cycle de vie des solutions, de leur conception Ă leur exploitation. Il participera Ă la construction et Ă lâĂ©volution dâune plateforme dâintĂ©gration moderne en sâappuyant sur des pratiques dâingĂ©nierie augmentĂ©es par lâIA, utilisĂ©e comme levier quotidien pour accĂ©lĂ©rer le dĂ©veloppement, renforcer la qualitĂ© et amĂ©liorer lâefficacitĂ© opĂ©rationnelle.
Vos principales missions seront :
AI-Assisted Engineering & opérations augmentées
Exploiter les outils dâIA gĂ©nĂ©rative et les agents IA pour accĂ©lĂ©rer les activitĂ©s dâingĂ©nierie et dâexploitation, notamment le diagnostic des incidents Kafka, la corrĂ©lation des mĂ©triques, lâidentification des causes racines et la gĂ©nĂ©ration de runbooks contextualisĂ©s.
GĂ©nĂ©rer et valider des mappings dâintĂ©gration, des configurations Kafka Connect ainsi que des schĂ©mas Avro et Protobuf assistĂ©s par des LLMs, avec revue humaine sur les cas les plus critiques.
Contribuer Ă lâenrichissement de la base de connaissances de lâĂ©quipe (patterns dâintĂ©gration, post-mortems, ADR) dans une logique de Context Engineering, afin de rendre le contexte mĂ©tier exploitable par les outils dâIA du DevSecOps Studio.
Participer aux Discovery Squads dĂ©diĂ©es aux sujets Integration Platform et appliquer les pratiques AI-SDLC Ă travers des cycles dâitĂ©ration assistĂ©s, la formalisation des spĂ©cifications et lâĂ©valuation des rĂ©sultats produits par lâIA.
Event Streaming (Kafka)
Exploiter, maintenir et faire Ă©voluer les plateformes Kafka dans des environnements multi-cloud, en administrant lâensemble de lâĂ©cosystĂšme associĂ© (Kafka Streams, Connect, MirrorMaker, ksqlDB, Schema Registry).
Garantir la fiabilité des flux de streaming en définissant et pilotant des SLOs, en gérant les error budgets et en suivant les métriques clés des consommateurs telles que le consumer lag, les offset gaps et les mécanismes de rebalancing.
Diagnostiquer et rĂ©soudre les incidents de streaming, tout en capitalisant sur les retours dâexpĂ©rience afin de transformer chaque incident en amĂ©lioration durable via des post-mortems structurĂ©s.
API Gateway & integration
Exploiter et amĂ©liorer la plateforme API Gateway en assurant la gestion de lâauthentification, du routage et du rate limiting, tout en supervisant les flux dâintĂ©gration REST, SOAP, SFTP et Batch.
Contribuer aux Ă©volutions dâarchitecture et Ă la formalisation des Architecture Decision Records (ADR) afin de garantir la cohĂ©rence et la pĂ©rennitĂ© des solutions dâintĂ©gration.
Observabilité & fiabilité
Maintenir et faire Ă©voluer les solutions dâobservabilitĂ© en sâappuyant sur les workflows de logs Kafka et ElasticSearch, ainsi que sur les dashboards Grafana et Kibana.
Piloter la fiabilitĂ© des plateformes en identifiant de maniĂšre proactive les risques et les goulots dâĂ©tranglement, et en sâappuyant sur des indicateurs mesurables dâimpact et de performance.
Communauté & collaboration
Contribuer Ă lâanimation de la communautĂ© de dĂ©veloppeurs en partageant les bonnes pratiques, en organisant des ateliers et en accompagnant lâadoption des plateformes et des standards dâingĂ©nierie.

Qui ĂȘtes-vous ?
Vous disposez dâau moins 5 ans dâexpĂ©rience dans un rĂŽle similaire (Integration Engineer, Platform Engineer ou Middleware Engineer) et avez dĂ©veloppĂ© une solide expertise des environnements dâintĂ©gration et des plateformes de streaming Ă©vĂ©nementiel. Vous maĂźtrisez les principaux concepts et technologies du domaine et ĂȘtes capable de contribuer efficacement Ă la conception, Ă la mise en Ćuvre et Ă lâĂ©volution de solutions dâintĂ©gration robustes et performantes.

How you will contribute
The Integration Engineer will join the Integration Platform team within the DevSecOps Studio and contribute to the continuous evolution of the integration platform through an AI-SDLC operating model, where AI serves as a core engineering practice throughout the entire solution lifecycle, from design to operations. The role will involve building and evolving a modern integration platform by leveraging AI-augmented engineering practices, using AI as a daily enabler to accelerate development, enhance quality, and improve operational efficiency.
Your main responsibilities will include:
AI-Assisted Engineering & Agumented Operations
Leverage Generative AI tools and AI agents to accelerate engineering and operational activities, including Kafka incident diagnosis, metrics correlation, root cause identification, and the generation of contextualized runbooks.
Generate and validate integration mappings, Kafka Connect configurations, and Avro/Protobuf schemas with the support of LLMs, while ensuring human review for the most critical use cases.
Contribute to the enrichment of the team's knowledge base (integration patterns, post-mortems, ADRs) through a Context Engineering approach, making business context accessible and actionable for the DevSecOps Studio's AI tools.
Participate in Discovery Squads focused on Integration Platform topics and apply AI-SDLC practices through AI-assisted iteration cycles, specification design, and evaluation of AI-generated outputs.
Event Streaming (Kafka)
Operate, maintain, and evolve Kafka platforms in multi-cloud environments, administering the entire ecosystem, including Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, MirrorMaker, ksqlDB, and Schema Registry.
Ensure the reliability of streaming flows by defining and managing SLOs, overseeing error budgets, and monitoring key consumer metrics such as consumer lag, offset gaps, and rebalancing activities.
Diagnose and resolve streaming-related incidents while capitalizing on lessons learned to transform each incident into a sustainable improvement through structured post-mortems.
API Gateway & integration
Operate and enhance the API Gateway platform by managing authentication, routing, and rate limiting capabilities, while overseeing REST, SOAP, SFTP, and Batch integration flows.
Contribute to architectural evolution and the formalization of Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) to ensure consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability of integration solutions.
Observability & Reliability
Maintain and enhance observability solutions by leveraging Kafka and Elasticsearch logging workflows, as well as Grafana and Kibana dashboards.
Drive platform reliability by proactively identifying risks and bottlenecks and by tracking measurable performance and impact indicators.
Community & Collaboration
Contribute to the developer community by sharing best practices, facilitating workshops, and supporting the adoption of platforms, tools, and engineering standards.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and partner teams to prioritize improvements, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maximize the value delivered to users.
Who you are
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (Integration Engineer, Platform Engineer, or Middleware Engineer) and have developed strong expertise in integration environments and event streaming platforms. You have a solid command of the key concepts and technologies in this domain and can effectively contribute to the design, implementation, and evolution of robust, high-performing integration solutions.
From a technical standpoint, you master the fundamentals:
âąÂ   Strong proficiency in Apache Kafka and its ecosystem.
âąÂ   Experience with API Gateway platforms and solid knowledge of key integration patterns (REST, SOAP, messaging, SFTP, and batch).
âąÂ   Good knowledge of observability and monitoring solutions such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Grafana, and APM tools.
âąÂ   Strong command of Linux environments and networking fundamentals.
âąÂ   Experience with Agile, ITIL, and DevOps practices.
âąÂ   Experience with cloud environments and Kubernetes.
âąÂ   Understanding of SLO and error budget concepts applied to platform reliability.
In the field of AI Engineering, you excel in:
