We are looking for IT Operation Engineers to support daily operations in the Supply Chain Procurement and Logistics area, mainly support SAP ECC/S4 MM/SD module and surrounding systems, Responsibilities include troubleshooting business issues, providing customer support, and driving digital transformation initiatives (including AI).

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Understand user issue, according to system logic/biz process, provide resolution advise
  • Provide operation guidance when is needed
  • Cooperation with related teams include IT and biz
  • Study and practice, contribution in AI Operation

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Logistics
  • 3-5+ years of experience in SAP MM/SD module operations or implementations; it’s not mandatory to have knowledge in both modules at the same time
  • Strong understanding of frontend operations, system configuration, and integration tools (IDoc/EDI)
  • ABAP, Java, Python, and Splunk skills are a plus
  • Fluent English and excellent learning ability,
  • Strong responsibility, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts when required
  • Able to attend the office 3 days per week (hybrid work schedule).
