VAŠE ODGOVORNOSTI:

• provođenje snimki stanja i analiza poslovnih zahtjeva korisnika
• izrada detaljne funkcionalne i tehničke specifikacije za izvedbu IT rješenja
• izrada korisničke dokumentacije i sudjelovanje u edukaciji korisnika
• sudjeluje pri testiranju IT rješenja
• vođenje IT projekta: koordinacija internih i eksternih resursa u izvršenju projekata te osiguravanje da su svi projekti izvršeni na vrijeme unutar opsega i budžeta
• izrada tehničkih specifikacija na osnovu kojih se traži neko IT rješenje
• sudjelovanje u projektnim timovima za realizaciju IT projekata.

ZA POZICIJU VAM JE POTREBNO:

• 3 godine radnog iskustva na istim ili sličnim poslovima vođenja IT projekata
• VSS stručna sprema tehničkog ili računalnog smjera (TVZ, PMF, FER, FSB, FERIT, FESB, FOI ili sl.)
• napredno poznavanje rada na računalu
• aktivno znanje engleskog jezika – napredno (u pismu i govoru)
• napredno korištenje MS Office alata.

PREDNOST JE AKO IMATE:

• certifikate iz područja vođenja projekata (PRINCE, PMP)
• osnovno razumijevanje ključnih poslovnih procesa

Are you ready to lead our infrastructure and delivery strategy as we transform our platform into a modern, cloud-native SaaS solution?

We’re transforming a large-scale enterprise product into a cloud-native SaaS offering to support multiple customers in their journey to the cloud.

This is a high-impact technical leadership role where you’ll own key architectural decisions, guide DevOps practices across teams, and ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

This is a critical role where your decisions will directly shape the infrastructure and DevOps standards across the organization.

Tasks

• Define and lead DevOps strategy for our cloud-based SaaS transformation
• Design, build, and evolve production-grade infrastructure on across hyperscaler cloud environments
• Architect and oversee Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) environments at scale
• Drive adoption of GitOps workflows (Argo CD, GitHub) and CI/CD automation
• Standardize Infrastructure as Code with Terraform across all environments
• Establish and improve observability (logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response)
• Ensure cloud security, RBAC, and secret management best practices are applied
• Collaborate with architects, backend teams, and stakeholders to support delivery at scale
• Provide technical leadership to other engineers and support knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements

• Extensive (5+ years) experience designing and running large-scale systems on Azure/GCP/AWS.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally with strong AKS/EKS/GKE production experience
• Proven track record leading GitOps-based delivery (e.g., Argo CD)
• Strong skills in Terraform and CI/CD systems
• Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, including virtual networks/VPCs, DNS, security groups/network security rules, peering, routing, and private connectivity
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Good understanding of cloud security and secret management
• Hands-on experience with Helm or Kustomize for Kubernetes configuration management
• Fluent in English

Job Description

Our Testers work with project teams to ensure software quality through systematic test planning, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring functionality, performance, and reliability of applications before deployment. With deep knowledge of various types of applications, databases, and operating systems, they maintain high standards of product excellence and user satisfaction.

We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Tester/Consultant to join our security testing team and help assess the resilience of cloud-native platforms and modern infrastructure environments.

This role is suitable for experienced security testers as well as infrastructure, cloud, platform, DevOps, or SRE engineers who are passionate about security and would like to develop their career in security testing.

You will perform security assessments across cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, identity and access management, secrets management, encryption, and monitoring controls. Working alongside experienced security professionals, you will help identify security risks, validate security controls, support remediation efforts, and contribute to secure infrastructure design practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform infrastructure security assessments across cloud, containerized, and Kubernetes-based environments.
• Review Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM, Helm, Kubernetes manifests, or similar) to identify security risks and misconfigurations.
• Assess CI/CD pipelines, secrets management processes, encryption controls, logging, monitoring, and access management practices.
• Validate Kubernetes and container security controls, including workload isolation, RBAC, network policies, and runtime security.
• Retest remediated findings and verify the effectiveness of implemented controls.
• Produce clear, evidence-based findings, risk assessments, and remediation recommendations.
• Support engineering and architecture teams with practical guidance on infrastructure hardening and secure-by-design principles.

Qualifications

• +8 years of experience
• Experience in infrastructure security testing within cloud-native environments.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containers, cloud security, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience assessing CI/CD security, identity and access management, secrets management, and encryption controls.
• Familiarity with infrastructure monitoring, logging, and security telemetry.
• Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working collaboratively with engineering, DevOps, and architecture teams.

• Container and image scanning tools such as:

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild), including build/test/deploy stages and promotion across environments

- Manage infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, AWS Copilot CLI, and CloudFormation

- Design and maintain serverless and event-driven architectures following AWS Well-Architected best practices

- Support multitenant system design (tenant isolation, scaling, cost attribution)

- Manage containerized workloads (Docker/ECS), including autoscaling policies and resource optimization

- Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting (CloudWatch metrics, alarms, dashboards, log aggregation)

- Implement and maintain cloud security and access controls (IAM, IAM Identity Center, least-privilege policies, secrets management)

- Manage networking and connectivity (VPC, subnets, security groups, load balancers)

- Monitor and act on AWS Trusted Advisor recommendations across cost, security, and performance

- Support incident response and production troubleshooting; drive root-cause analysis and preventative fixes

- Write automation scripts and internal tooling (Bash, Python)

- Collaborate with dev, QA, and product teams on deployment strategy, environment management, and release readiness

Requirements

- 3+ years in a DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure or simmilar roles

- Strong hands-on AWS experience across compute, networking, and serverless services

- Proficiency with IaC tooling (AWS CDK, CloudFormation; Copilot CLI a plus)

- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodeBuild)

- Solid understanding of serverless, event-driven, and multitenant architecture patterns

- Experience with Docker and container orchestration, including autoscaling

- Proficiency in Bash and Python for automation

- Working knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and cost/security governance tooling
