Position Summary
Marketing Excellence drives capability building, innovation, and inclusive growth across the Cluster (Italy, Malta, Greece), supporting people and brands across categories like waters, pet food, and coffee.

In this position you will:

  • Support categories and brands in adopting Nestlé's marketing excellence framework, helping teams apply a structured, consumer-centric approach to brand building. This includes translating consumer insights into impactful strategies, strengthening communication effectiveness, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and embedding best practices to drive sustainable brand growth and business performance Leverage data analytics and agile methodologies to support decision-making and translate them into strategic recommendations
  • Monitor performance metrics to validate hypotheses and refine insights on Modern marketing activities.
  • Support the NIM Marketing Team and collaborate with IT to shape advanced marketing techniques that enhance efficiency and consumer engagement.
  • Analyze data assets and workflows to design strategies for simplifying and automating reporting and insight generation, contributing to business intelligence.
  • Monitor disruptive food tech and digital trends (AI, AR, VR, etc.) to identify opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Contribute to organize and coordinate high-impact training programs and events in collaboration with top-tier partners in communication, insights, and AI-driven technologies to inspire, upskill, and connect the marketing community with the most advanced thinking and tools in the industry.
  • Collaborate with HR and L&D to integrate external learning into internal capability frameworks
  • Govern event participation, and drive internal communication and engagement

A day in the life: Stage Digital Transformation Marketing

  • Coordinate with top-tier partners in communication, insights, and AI to inspire and upskill the marketing community.
  • Identify skills gaps or performance reviews and map them to training needs, collect feedback and analyze impact on team capabilities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage operations and content for internal events and training sessions with partners (e.g., agencies, tech providers, etc.), developing communication materials, such as post-event recaps and social sharing
  • Analyze data and workflows to identify opportunities for automation and smarter reporting to drive efficiency in the marketing space.
  • Support the development of dashboards and tools to improve data accessibility and decision-making to enhance data accessibility and usability
  • Support the creation of executive-level presentations and strategic storytelling materials, translating complex analyses and business insights into impactful recommendations for senior leaders and category teams.

  • You have also gained experience on Oracle ERP Cloud (GL, AP modules) and, ideally, on Oracle EBS R12 environments
  • You have a good understanding of planning, budgeting and financial close processes, with the ability to support the translation of business requirements into EPM solutions
  • You have experience in application maintenance, ticket management and L2/L3 support, as well as in end-to-end implementation projects (requirements, configuration, testing, go-live)

Standard employment contract under the collective labour agreement for the commerce sector, with a gross annual salary ranging from €31,000 to €41,000 for the Senior Consultant position and from €38,000 to €51,000 for the Assistant Manager. The salary is determined on the basis of objective criteria, including the candidate's skills and experience assessed against the requirements of the role.

Mission
Through hands-on projects, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge technologies the IT Back Office System Intern will have opportunity to work within IT Back Office team and together with the related supported Business Functions (mainly Finance and HR), sharpening communication, collaboration and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Accountabilities & Learning Areas
Supporting the IT Back Office CoE, the intern will have opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop innovative solutions for business challenges, in particular about Enterprise Performance Management (EPM);
  • Participate in business planning process evolution and related IT programs (Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, COGS, P&L Planning, what-if analysis and their connection points with Reporting and Variance Analysis);

YOUR ROLE

At STMicroelectronics, we are accelerating the adoption of
Agentic and Generative AI
to fundamentally transform semiconductor engineering workflows. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the introduction of
LLM‑powered, agentic AI systems
into Front‑End (FE) digital design environments.

Your primary mission is to
design, develop, and industrialize agentic AI solutions
capable of reasoning, planning, and acting across complex engineering workflows. These solutions will connect
knowledge bases, design guidelines, EDA tools, and automated checks
to deliver guided automation, embedded quality guardrails, and measurable improvements in productivity and design quality.

You will work in close collaboration with digital design experts to ensure that AI agents are effectively grounded in FE design practices and can scale to industrial‑grade usage across ST design teams and sites.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Lead the design and deployment of agentic AI and LLM‑based systems for engineering workflows.
  • Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, task orchestration, tool invocation, and workflow automation.
  • Integrate LLM‑based agents with internal knowledge bases, coding/design guidelines, and EDA environments.

  • Strong experience in AI/ML and Generative AI, with clear exposure to LLMs and agentic AI systems.
  • Practical experience with:
  • Agent architectures (tool‑using agents, planners, multi‑agent or workflow‑driven systems)

Reporting directly to the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) for Continental Europe, this role offers a unique opportunity to lay the groundwork for a central function that supports portfolio monitoring and sustainable profitability across Sompo’s commercial insurance operations in Continental Europe. As a foundational member of the CUO Office, you will play a pivotal role in shaping its capabilities, focusing on building robust analytical frameworks and performance monitoring tools from the ground up.

This hands-on position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on creating structure and driving meaningful change. While business decisions will remain the responsibility of underwriters, you will serve as a critical voice in influencing underwriting strategies and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. Your contributions will be instrumental in optimizing portfolio performance, enhancing risk management practices, and aligning operations with strategic objectives.

As the CUO Office evolves, this role offers the potential to expand its scope and contributes to the development of a team that will further enhance the organization’s portfolio analytics capabilities. This position will be based preferably out of our
Zurich

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Portfolio Performance Analysis: Regularly evaluate underwriting performance, identify trends, and analyze profitability, risk quality, and portfolio composition to drive growth and improvement. Prepare quarterly and ad-hoc performance reviews for leadership.
  • Underwriting Portfolio Steering: Refine risk appetite, recommend strategies for growth or remediation, support underwriting plans, and monitor execution against targets.
  • Risk Aggregation & Management: Analyze risk accumulation across perils and geographies, monitor exposure limits, and integrate data into reinsurance and capital modeling.
  • Catastrophe & Scenario Analysis: Conduct catastrophe loss scenarios, assess tail risks, and support stress testing, capital planning, and reinsurance structuring.
  • Pricing & Profitability Support: Collaborate with pricing teams to analyze rate adequacy, validate assumptions, and recommend underwriting and renewal actions.
  • Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models and leverage advanced analytics to support underwriting automation and decision-making tools.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Create executive dashboards, automate underwriting metric reporting, and provide data-driven insights for decision-makers.
  • Reinsurance Strategy Support: Provide exposure and performance data to inform treaty and facultative decisions and improve retention strategies.
  • Regulatory & Capital Requirements: Support regulatory filings, collaborate on risk assessments, and align portfolio decisions with capital efficiency.
  • Innovation & Technology: Pilot AI models, integrate new data sources, and drive digitization of portfolio management processes.

What You’ll Bring
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of commercial insurance, strong analytical capabilities, industry expertise, and a passion for driving innovation to optimize portfolio performance and deliver value to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Data Analytics, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in commercial insurance, with a focus on large corporate industry portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, risk aggregation, catastrophe modeling, and reinsurance structures.
  • General understanding of insurance product coverages, resulting exposures and their triggering portfolio impacts.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and predictive modeling (Python or R)
  • Expertise in regulatory compliance (e.g., Solvency II, NAIC), capital modeling, and risk management.
  • Proven leadership and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and executive management.
  • Innovative and investigative mindset with experience in leveraging technology, advanced analytics, and digitization for portfolio optimization
  • Natural curiosity with a drive to uncover insights and understand underlying patterns
