Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by leading the development of new business application functionalities from concept to delivery
• Analyse and understand business processes by gathering and documenting requirements using a variety of proven techniques

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Meet These Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in a software development and delivery environment
• Strong data modelling expertise, including hands-on experience with logical and physical data structures, relational database concepts, and collaboration with data engineering teams to define and validate requirements
• Proven SQL/pyspark skills to understand and apply for data analysis, validation, and prototyping, with the ability to independently explore and interrogate datasets
• Proven experience in testing, including defining and executing functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; skilled in designing test scenarios and supporting automated test processes
• Excellent documentation skills, with a track record of clearly articulating business processes, data flows, and technical specifications for both business and IT audiences

For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between 1 500€ and 2 500€ per month for a full-time role.
