Responsibilities
Ready To Own Tier 3 Escalations and Drive Infrastructure and Governance Across a Complex Enterprise Cloud Environment?
Why This Role Matters
When Tier 1 and Tier 2 can't solve it, this role does. As the Tier 3 Technical Lead, you're the technical authority for cloud infrastructure, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, and enterprise content systems — resolving the issues that require real depth, building the automation that prevents recurrence, and maintaining the governance standards that keep a regulated healthcare environment compliant. The platforms you manage are the ones the entire organization depends on daily.

What You'll Actually Do
Resolve Tier 3 escalations:
Investigate and resolve complex technical issues across cloud, endpoint, collaboration, and enterprise application platforms — serving as the final escalation point for Service Desk teams.

Administer and govern enterprise content platforms:
Manage Box and related content management systems end-to-end — user lifecycle, permissions, integrations, DLP controls, classification labels, retention settings, access monitoring, and audit requirements.

Design and maintain cloud and endpoint systems:
Administer and optimize Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Meraki, Azure, Microsoft 365, and related services, including OS and third-party patch deployment to address vulnerabilities and maintain compliance.

Build automation and scripting solutions:
Develop and maintain automation workflows using PowerShell, Python, or comparable tools to reduce manual overhead and improve system reliability.

Partner with stakeholders on collaboration governance:
Work with business teams to design folder structures, sharing models, retention requirements, and governance standards across supported platforms.

Perform root cause analysis:
Identify patterns in recurring incidents, document findings, and implement preventive measures that reduce repeat escalations.

Maintain documentation and operational standards:
Create and sustain SOPs, knowledge base articles, runbooks, and administrative documentation — and manage ticket flow to ensure timely resolution and appropriate ownership.

Support security and compliance initiatives:
Assist with security audits, access reviews, investigations, and data integrity work; ensure platform configurations align with HIPAA, SOC 2, and SLA requirements.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies:
Continuously assess new tools and capabilities to improve infrastructure, collaboration, and service delivery across the environment.

Qualifications
