Front-End Team Lead
, vous prendrez la responsabilité technique et humaine de l'équipe CMS Frontend, en définissant la vision, les standards de qualité, et en accompagnant les développeurs dans leur montée en compétences. Vous resterez hands-on sur les développements clés du site meilleurtaux.com.

Dans un cadre agile, vous ferez partie d’une équipe de développeurs comprenant un Product Manager, des équipes SEO/SEA et Design.

Vos Missions 📝
Team Lead

  • Manager une équipe de 5 développeurs frontend
  • Conduire les rituels tech : code reviews, architecture reviews, 1:1
  • Définir et faire évoluer les engineering guidelines frontend
  • Être l'interlocuteur technique référent auprès du Product Manager et du Design

Architecture & qualité

  • Concevoir et faire évoluer l'architecture frontend de meilleurtaux.com pour la rendre performante, scalable et maintenable
  • Définir les standards de qualité de code et veiller à leur application : revues, outillage (SonarCloud, Dependabot), tests unitaires
  • Piloter les choix techniques frontend, les qualifier et les documenter pour l'ensemble de l'équipe

Développement

  • Concevoir et développer les nouvelles fonctionnalités en restant hands-on sur les sujets à fort impact
  • Intégrer des pages et composants via notre CMS Joomla en respectant les standards d'accessibilité et de SEO technique
  • Traduire les maquettes Figma en structures HTML optimisées, en tenant compte du référencement et de l'expérience utilisateur
  • Explorer et mettre en place des workflows d'automatisation de l'intégration de maquettes assistés par l'IA, de la lecture Figma à la génération de code HTML/CSS, afin de réduire les cycles de livraison et standardiser les sorties frontend
  • Optimiser les performances frontend : temps de chargement, Core Web Vitals, bundle size
  • Assurer la maintenance évolutive du système d'information et anticiper la dette technique
