Technical Specialist (for Corporate Solutions) (m/f/n)

Summary
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Corporate Solutions team to support the delivery and deployment of custom security solutions for our clients.

Job Description
Your main role will be to cooperate on
:

• Deployment of Corporate Solutions offerings (trial environment setup, production deployment based on client’s requirements)
• Monitoring of environment where the solution is deployed
• Definition, technical setup and maintenance of key metrics
• Setup and maintenance of automated testing of the solution at new release
• Further evolution and technical enhancements of ESET Corporate Solutions offerings

What else does Technical Specialist role entail?

• you will work with Corporate Solutions team on delivery of ESET corporate offerings to Customer, which includes understanding Customer’s use case, requirements, understanding of ESET solution and approach, and participation on the delivery and deployment of the agreed solution
• you´ll get familiar with existing ESET products and their components as well as with the tools, processes and procedures that are relevant for the team
• having a 360-degree view about ESET security solutions and products you will be able to setup and configurate them regarding customer needs
• you will analyze technical aspects of environments (architecture, infrastructure, OS, databases, etc.) & evaluate their advantages / disadvantages / limits / risks in order to be able to provide best potential solutions & configurations of security products in customer’s environment

What are our requirements?

• Hands-on experience with AWS container services, including Amazon EKS, ECS, and ECR
• Deployment, configuration, and operation of containerized workloads on AWS
• Implementation of logging, monitoring, and solution testing from an end‑user perspective
• Experience with Network Load Balancer (NLB) and traffic management
• Domain management and handling of SSL/TLS certificates
• Infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation)
• Implementation and enforcement of security best practices (IAM, networking, encryption, compliance)
• End‑to‑end operation and continuous maintenance of SaaS offerings, from customer onboarding to service launch and lifecycle management

Basic wage component (brutto): from 2 500 EUR
* Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).

* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
