As a
Technical Support Analyst L2
with more than 2 years of experience in supporting UNIX/Linux on Public Cloud environments, your main duties will be performing diagnostics and maintenance of E-commerce solutions.

You will be debugging incorrect website behavior (content, configuration or code related issues) and will configure and troubleshoot backend applications. You will provide root cause analysis and investigate and troubleshoot AWS EC2, S3, RDS, VPC configurations, data feeds from 3rd parties, perform code releases.

You will have direct communication with client’s teams and will liaise closely with internal teams to reproduce and resolve issues. You will use different communication channels, such as e-mail, phone and other support management application.

Technology Stack Used &Required Knowledge:

  • Education in an IT background or 2+ years of working experience with Linux/Unix environments

  • Working experience with AWS or other Public Cloud Platform

  • Scripting with BASH, Perl or Python

  • Log parsing and analysis

  • Web services – Advanced

  • Network protocols – Intermediate
