Technical Team Lead

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our Technology Directorate team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Experience in the gambling, gaming, or fintech industry is a plus
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (C#, Node JS, Go, C++, PHP, Unity, Python, React, React Native, Angular, UI Developer, QA manual, QA Automation, Flutter, Android, IOS, Network, SysAdmin, DevOps, IT support, Monitoring, Operations IT security, SOC, Cyber Security)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of database management (SQL, NoSQL) and API development
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and scalable system design
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for mentoring and coaching
• Proactive and results-driven approach to work
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop team members
• Hands-on experience in software development and architecture, preferably in high-load systems
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high-quality development and delivery of projects
• Plan, prioritize, and manage team tasks, ensuring alignment with company goals and deadlines
• Oversee software design, development, and deployment processes, maintaining best coding practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and team performance
• Implement Agile methodologies, ensuring smooth sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security by adopting the latest technologies and best practices
• Identify and resolve technical challenges, troubleshooting issues effectively
• Ensure the team stays updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team
