Project
You will be involved in a financial project focused on
Master Data Management (MDM)
, where you will support the quality assurance of solutions responsible for managing and maintaining critical business data. As part of the QA team, you will perform both
manual and automated testing
, validate
data quality
, analyse system behaviour and help ensure reliable and compliant data processes across the organization.
Responsibilities You'll Have
- Design, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases for Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
- Verify data quality, consistency and compliance across business processes and systems
- Perform functional, integration and regression testing for web-based applications
- Create, maintain and execute automated tests using Selenium-based solutions
- Analyze test results, identify defects and support root cause analysis
- Prepare and manage test data required for various testing scenarios
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers and other QA Engineers to ensure high product quality
- Contribute to continuous improvements of testing processes, tools and automation frameworks
- Support the team's quality assurance initiatives and further develop your test automation skills
Expected competences and knowledge
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing, combining both manual and automation testing
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques and defect management
- Hands-on experience with Selenium or similar test automation tools
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
- Experience in test data preparation, validation and analysis
- Understanding of web application testing
- Basic knowledge of test automation and scripting/programming concepts
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, grow and develop within QA Automation
- Familiarity with Python for test automation purposes will be considered an advantage
