Your Mission
To meet growing demand, we are expanding our mechanism manufacturing footprint by establishing a second production site in Berndorf. In the future, mechanisms for space applications will be manufactured in both Vienna and Berndorf. Since all of our products undergo extensive testing throughout the manufacturing process, we are also setting up an additional test facility in Berndorf.

To support this exciting phase of growth, we are looking for motivated new team members to join us from fall 2026 onwards. As the new infrastructure in Berndorf will only be completed by the end of 2026, the primary work location during the first months will be Vienna.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform a variety of tests on our mechanisms, including vibration, shock and vacuum testing
  • Support and operate our shaker test facilities
  • Take ownership of technical documentation
  • Work closely with our design, analysis, manufacturing and assembly teams as a key interface within the organization
  • Provide input to project management, including cost-to-completion estimates, to support planning and resource allocation

Your Story

  • Technical education (apprenticeship, technical college, HTL or equivalent) in electronics, mechanics, mechatronics or a related field
  • FH/Uni (is a plus)
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: measurement and test engineering, vacuum technology, cleanroom environments, software development
  • Independent, reliable and resilient way of working
  • Very good German and English skills
  • Driving licence and own car required, as our Berndorf site is not easily accessible by public transport
  • Willingness to complete the initial training period (approx. 3 months) at our site in Vienna (1120)

Purpose and Scope
Independently completing standard quality assurance activities as well as complex and non-standard quality assurance activities in the affiliate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs and records all activities that are governed by Good Distribution Practise Guidelines (GDP Guidelines) as defined in the (global) Quality Management System (for example on QA oversight of Product Storage and Distribution, nonconformance management, product complaint handling change control, supplier management and annual product review) and identifies and implements improvements to the QMS to correct inefficiencies and non-conformances
  • As needed, supports with inspection management for the wholesale dealer license (or equivalent license), specifically during inspections and recalls.
  • Represents Affiliate QA in complex local and global project teams, such as product launches.
  • Escalates to Affiliate Head any complex and urgent QA activities such as potential recalls, significant quality issues and urgent changes.
  • As needed, performs final QA acceptance of all QA records (apart from product returns)
  • Acts as a role model for the Quality Culture in the affiliate.

Essential Qualifications

  • (University) degree in a science/health-related subject.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience of implementation and understanding of GDP, GMP and Quality Management Systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Good organizational, coordination, diplomatic, negotiation, presentation and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trackwise (Digital), Veeva and SAP systems
  • Experience in supporting regulatory interfaces such as inspections and audits

zur Evaluierung einer neuen Workforce-Zeitwirtschaft suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft fĂŒr fachliche Systemtests (User Acceptance Testing – UAT).

Im Fokus steht die fachliche Validierung einer Workforce-Lösung in einer komplexen industriellen Produktionsumgebung mit mehreren Standorten und ĂŒber 3.000 Mitarbeitenden sowie unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeit- und VergĂŒtungsmodellen.

Sie prĂŒfen die Systemlogik der Zeitwirtschaft, analysieren Prozessabweichungen und stellen die stabile Integration in nachgelagerte Payroll-Prozesse sicher. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur QualitĂ€t und Weiterentwicklung der zukĂŒnftigen Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung fachlicher Testkonzepte, TestfĂ€lle und Testszenarien fĂŒr Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse
  • Ableitung und Validierung von Testszenarien auf Basis bestehender SAP-HCM-Prozesse

Mission
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons au sein de notre filiale EMC, située à AchÚres (78), notre futur Chef de projet Essais H/F.

Le Chef de Projet Essais est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du pilotage des activités de validation des composants automobiles aéronautiques, ferroviaires Il garantit la conformité des produits aux exigences clients, aux normes réglementaires et aux objectifs qualité, coût et délai du projet.

Vos Missions Seront Les Suivantes
Pilotage de projet :

  • Élaborer et suivre le planning des essais et validations,
  • DĂ©finir les ressources nĂ©cessaires (moyens d’essais, laboratoires, sous-traitants....),
  • Assurer le suivi budgĂ©taire des campagnes d’essais,
  • Organiser les rĂ©unions d’avancement et assurer le reporting projet,
  • Identifier et gĂ©rer les risques liĂ©s aux activitĂ©s de validation,

Définition et suivi des essais

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges clients et les spĂ©cifications techniques,
  • DĂ©finir les plans de validation et les protocoles d’essais avec les Ă©quipes exploitation essais,
  • Piloter les essais fonctionnels, mĂ©caniques, environnementaux, climatiques, vibratoires, Ă©lectriques ou de durabilitĂ© selon le type de composant,
  • Coordonner les laboratoires internes et externes au groupe,
  • Garantir la conformitĂ© des essais aux normes en vigueur,

Déplacements à prévoir,

Profil
De formation Master ou Ingénieur, vous possédez des compétences en mécanique, électronique, mécatronique, ainsi qu'en gestion de projets techniques.

Vous possédez une premiÚre expérience des essais mécaniques, climatiques, vibratoires et fonctionnels.

La connaissance des normes automobiles (ISO, IEC, SAE, ... ) est un plus.

DotĂ© d’excellentes capacitĂ©s de communication et de coordination, vous ĂȘtes organisĂ©, rigoureux, et faites preuve d’un solide esprit d’analyse et de synthĂšse.

La maßtrise du Pack Office et de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
