We are currently offering a new opportunity for Transformation and Quality Assurance Lead at the Bruker Global Business Services Center located in the very heart of Warsaw, Poland. Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks to assess the accuracy and efficiency of operations
• Lead root cause analysis for quality failures and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Enhance governance standards, support performance management, and align transformation priorities with senior stakeholders.
• Drive productivity and efficiency initiatives across GBS, identify and quantify improvement opportunities, track savings, and partner with FP&A to validate financial impact.Define and monitor key quality metrics and KPIs; prepare regular quality reports for senior management
• Collaborate with cross functional departments to identify improvement opportunities and support in their implementation
• Coach and train team leaders and staff on quality standards, tools, and best practices
• Own and manage GBS productivity pipeline - identifying, quantifying, and tracking efficiency opportunities across all functions
• Translate process improvement findings and automation initiatives into tangible, measurable productivity gains (FTE savings, cost reduction, cycle time improvement)
• Partner with FP&A to validate financial benefits and ensure productivity gains are accurately reflected in budgets and forecasts
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to confirm that projected benefits have been fully realized and are sustainable
• Identify risks to productivity delivery and escalate or mitigate proactively

• Champion performance and continuous improvement culture evolution through measurable objectives and accountability frameworks
• Spearhead transformational change programs that enhance GBS capabilities and accelerate strategic objective achievement
• Foster data-driven excellence through transparent performance reporting and evidence-based decision-making methodologies
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years work experience in accounting/ finance quality assurance, process excellence - preferably within a global SSC or GBS environment
• Experience in supporting Finance processes, especially in General Leder area
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Advanced MS Office proficiency and solid SAP working knowledge
• Demonstrated experience managing productivity or savings pipelines and reporting benefits to leadership
• Project management experience including quality and improvement tools like Lean and Six Sigma, will be a plus
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently, energetic and driven with a real hands-on approach to the job
• Operates with a high standard of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
