Labcorp is seeking a remote Workfront Programming Lead to join our Central Labs Services team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads technical design planning, solution development, and implementation for key initiatives.
  • Provides oversight and coaching to guide peers, coordinate development activities, and maintain clear cross‑team communication.
  • Designs, develops, tests, debugs, and documents Project Management systems and supporting services, refining solutions to improve efficiency and meet evolving business needs.
  • Serves as a technical lead by breaking down business requirements into actionable tasks, enabling team self‑organization, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the development lifecycle.
  • Translates business needs into scalable solutions using existing Project Management platforms (e.g., WorkFront, Fusion) and other Global PM tools.
  • Drives creation of robust, sustainable technical solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Conducts code reviews to uphold quality standards through best practices, peer review, and automated tools.
  • Modernizes legacy processes into efficient, future‑ready solutions.
  • Partners with DBAs to establish and maintain appropriate data persistence platforms.
  • Performs requirements analysis and contributes to continuous improvement of codebases.
  • Follows established SDLC processes, departmental procedures, and coding standards.
  • Troubleshoots issues in new and existing applications, guiding teams to identify root causes and implement durable solutions.
  • Builds strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, support teams, and vendors.
  • Mentors team members on technology, processes, and soft skills to support growth and effectiveness.
  • Communicates progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership as needed.
  • Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

3 or more years of experience as a Workfront Fusion developer, including tool development, enhancements, and data management

Adobe Workfront Fusion Developer Professional Certification

Preferred Qualifications
5 or more years of experience with core development, including building foundational system logic, integrations, and scalable technical solutions.

3 or more years of experience developing coding scripts, working with APIs and webhooks

Additional Job Standards
Strong background in managing and analyzing data across multiple systems

Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Self‑motivated, creative, and technically astute

Technical Experience With

  • Oracle SQL
  • Python
  • Java
  • Spotfire or other data visualization tools
  • Power BI

Data Engineer
to join our expanding Data Engineering practice.

This role will enhance one of our established Platform Teams, where you will design, construct, and scale data pipelines using Databricks with PySpark on Microsoft Azure, enabling our AI Factory teams to create and deploy advanced machine learning solutions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of big data, cloud frameworks, and MLOps, delivering durable, scalable, and efficient data platforms that promote innovation throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data, and NoSQL technologies
  • Build scalable data pipelines with Databricks and PySpark on Azure
  • Collaborate with MLOps and ML Engineering teams to deliver robust data platforms for AI model development and deployment
  • Work alongside architects, technical leads, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives
  • Assist the SAP Platform Team in utilizing SAP BTP and hyperscaler services for enterprise-grade data platforms
  • Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices
  • Mentor junior engineers to cultivate an innovative and high-performance engineering culture
  • Implement CI/CD practices into data workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and Concourse
  • Facilitate communication with stakeholders to understand business processes, model input data, and deliver aligned solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Software Engineering with a solid background in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Operations, or Machine Learning
  • Expertise in Python and PySpark
  • Familiarity with Databricks and Microsoft Azure cloud services
  • Strong knowledge of software version control tools like GitHub or Git
  • Background in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Concourse
  • Proven capability to deliver scalable, robust, and highly available data solutions
  • Competency in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and managing stakeholder relationships

Nice to have

  • Skills in another programming language such as Java, SQL, or Scala
  • Understanding of SAP BTP or comparable enterprise data platforms
  • Background in agile development methodologies

What We're Looking For
