Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new roleIn this role, you will support our Transfer & Conversion Management Team in driving and continuously improving a data-driven and digitalized reporting landscape—from analysis and tool development to the operational maintenance of the platform

  • Being strong together: You will support Project Tracking and reporting of the Transfer & Conversion Management Team
  • Focus on the Future: You will develop new features of our digitalized reporting system in ORACLE/BI Portal
  • Data is everything: You will develop web-based tools and create interactive analytical dashboards in Tableau to transform data into meaningful business insights
  • Identify needs: You will work on the operational sustaining of digitalized reporting platform

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeedIn this role, you will bring a strong technical academic background combined with hands-on experience, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to support and further develop our digital solutions

  • Study field: You are at the beginning of your Master's degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical field of study, or have recently started one. Alternatively, you bring proven technical knowledge or relevant practical experience
  • Experience: You ideally bring knowledge in SQL or PL\SQL, ORACLE, HTML and CSS, Web Development (low code), Tableau
  • Skills: You are proficient in MS Excel including Macros as well as MS Outlook
  • AI and technology: You keep up to date with emerging AI-driven tools and technologies and are interested in applying them to improve productivity and business processes. Experience with Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-powered tools is considered an advantage.
  • Way of working: You are characterized by your proactive attitude and bring good communication skills
  • Personality: You have a well-organized and structured working style
  • Availability: You can work between 16 and 20 hours a week
  • Language skills: You have fluent English skills, both written and spoken

You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.

Data is a critical pillar of our product development process, and the Product Analytics team serves as the chief advocate for its quality, consistency, and strategic usage.

We are seeking a data-driven and user-centric professional to drive the strategy, evaluation, and optimization of our digital products. In this role, you will define how we value user interactions, measure success, and tie product features directly to overarching business outcomes.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Drive the implementation and evolution of a standardized cross-organizational product performance measurement framework, eliminating metric fragmentation by establishing consistent core KPIs (such as Weekly Active Users, Conversion Rate, and the Overall Evaluation Criterion) across all business units.
  • Own the technical architecture and attribution models for user value scoring, developing complex data structures to quantify and weigh both upper-funnel engagement actions (e.g., browsing, saving, content interaction) and lower-funnel transactional behaviors.
  • Advance the content flywheel into a measurable insight engine that definitively proves how content experiences translate into long-term financial, visit frequency, and business value.
  • Lead the engineering of advanced data solutions and complex analytics pipelines, including session-level tracking, cross-premise identity stitching, and methodologies to mitigate the "Winner’s Curse" in product experiments.
  • Design, align, and analyze rigorous high-stakes experimentation, including A/B tests and quasi-experiments designed to drive sustainable growth across diverse business models.
  • Democratize insights and act as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership Team, Product Managers and Applied Scientists.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You have 7+ years of experience in product analytics, ideally within a large-scale e-commerce, or product-led environment.
  • You possess a strong analytical and technical background, with high proficiency in SQL and deep experience using Python or R for advanced analytics and building scalable data pipelines.
  • You are an expert in A/B testing frameworks, user behavior analytics, experiment design, and managing complex attribution or scoring systems.
  • You bring a dual understanding of funnel performance, mapping upper-funnel engagement metrics (views, watch time, retention) to lower-funnel transactional performance (conversion rate, contribution margin impact).
  • You have hands-on experience applying advanced causal inference methodologies (such as Propensity Score Matching, Difference-in-Differences, or Synthetic Controls) when randomized controlled trials are unfeasible.
  • You have proven leadership capability to excel in highly ambiguous environments, shift organizational models, and lead through influence to align senior executives.
  • You are a master storyteller with data, confident in communicating complex technical frameworks into simple, actionable strategic recommendations.
  • You have experience working with modern data visualization and analytics tools to scale data-driven accountability.
